Races  10 - Castle Combe 03rd August

Driver of Day - Ian Mitchell for his spirited driving while battling with Goff Cogan
CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' went to Peter Harper for his efforts (in a bad season) to keep on fixing his car when things that never break manage to do so or it gets bent in an off.

Races  9 - Croft 20th July

Driver of Day - Alan Davenport for using his class pole (from fastest lap in race 1) to such good effect.
CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' went to Gavin Childs for researching and sorting a handling problem on Steve Chaplin's and helping out on a problem with a Clubmans Cup car.

Races  8 - Croft 20th July

Driver of Day - Steve Chaplin for his strenuous efforts in passing John Harrison  and for achieving fastest lap in changing conditions.

CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' went to Andy Harper for lots of previous good work on Uncle Peter's car and sorting out the failed axle oil seal that shortened Peter's practice and helped him to spin on his own oil.

Races  7 - Silverstone 21st June

Driver of Day - Driver of the day was Rob Beazer for his first class pole and keeping Dave Facer honest in the race.
CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' went to Alan Davenport and his wallet for getting his Mallock sorted in the two weeks since his axle was broken in the startline shunt at Brands.  Richard Fry also achieved the same feat but had a lot less damage to repair than Alan so came second.

Races  5 & 6 - Brands Hatch 7th & 8th June

Saturday
Driver of Day - Peter Harper for passing both Steve Chaplin and John Harrison in one move at Paddock Bend.  It was better than Massa getting the two Toyotas at the Canadian GP the next day!
CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day'  - Gavin Childs for getting two immaculate cars out and engineering Steve's Phantom even farther towards the front of the field.

Sunday
Driver of Day - Dave Facer for two good races over the weekend
CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day'  - Mike Sales for a major check of his engine overnight after ingesting gravel during a spin that ended his Saturday race.  This was all the more impressive as his wife Sheila had tripped off the pit wall steps on Friday and broken bones in her foot as he pulled in from testing.

Race  4 - Mallory 18th May

'Driver of the Day' was presented to Paul Marshall for a good drive in his first ever race which included a good dice with David Childs.

The CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' was presented to John Harrison for appearing with with the ex-Peter Carter Mallock in a completely immaculate condition.  The car was actually rebuilt by John and his son but John lost 3rd place due to a jumped start caused by a late clutch adjustment by his son.  In view of this it was decided that John needed the wine more than his lad.

Race  3 - Donington 13th April

'Driver of the Day' was presented to John Harrison,  who drove superbly,  and would probably have won the race with 2 laps to go

The CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' was presented to John Coxon who Alan Davenport describes as 'the mechanic of the year at Donington after his gallant efforts to help sort out my car after things hadn't gone quite to plan ie leaked diff oil and went slow in qualifying'.

Race  2 - Thruxton 24th March

'Driver of the Day' was presented to Mark Charteris, who won both races at Thruxton, having complete control of the race and not being bothered by anyone.

The CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' was presented to Ash Seymour for repairing Mike Hickson's car.  Damage to the nose cone and radiator were experienced following a close encounter with a kerb.

Race 1 - Thruxton 24th March

'Driver of the Day' was presented to Antony Denham in recognition of his fight from 5th position on the grid to a finishing position of 3rd.

The CAMCOAT 'Mechanic of the Day' was presented to Ray Mallock's team, who were involved in a mad dash to find and replace the cylinder head, only to find it didn't resolve the problem.
