Sprinted and Rallied Mk2
1300 Cortina from 1973 to 1976 - RETIRED (Lack of time and money). 1992
brought Drat and destroyed engine at the first sprint - RETIRED (Lack of
money). To avoid compulsory ARDS training I borrowed brother Andy's Mallock
11/14 and raced in 750MC F1300 at Snetterton in August 1992 and won the
Driver of the Day award (it's gone downhill ever since!). Then competed
in Drat until 1996 and achieved highest race position of 7th and sprint
Class win - RETIRED (Lack of time). Returned to competition in 2002
in the Classic Clubmans Championship and currently have the dubious honour
of polishing the “Keith Messer Cup” once a month as |
